Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using SEO-GEO ("the Service"), operated by Digital Forge LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, United States ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organization administrators and team members.

2. Service Description

SEO-GEO is a web-based platform for SEO analysis and AI search visibility monitoring. The Service provides site crawling, keyword tracking, GEO monitoring, report generation, and related optimization tools. Features and availability may change as we develop the platform.

3. Accounts & Organizations

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Each account belongs to an organization, and the organization administrator manages team access and billing.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to crawl websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures
  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or deceptive SEO practices
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service's infrastructure

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through the billing settings in your dashboard or through the Stripe customer portal.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of a new subscription, contact us for a full refund.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including website content, credentials, and configurations. We claim no ownership over your data.

You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service — including crawling websites you specify, querying AI platforms on your behalf, and generating reports from collected data.

7. Third-Party Credentials

If you connect third-party services (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, DataForSEO), you authorize us to access those services on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant this access. We encrypt all stored credentials using AES-256-GCM.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can cancel your subscription through the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms, with reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
