Understanding your SEO score

How the SEO health score is calculated and what each range means.

Your SEO score is a 0-100 rating of your website's technical SEO health.

How it's calculated:

The score is a weighted average of multiple factors:

  • Technical health (40%) — Server errors, broken links, redirect issues, SSL, sitemap
  • On-page optimization (30%) — Title tags, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text
  • Content quality (20%) — Content depth, readability, keyword relevance
  • Performance (10%) — Page load speed, Core Web Vitals

Score ranges:

  • 90-100 (Excellent) — Your site is well-optimized. Focus on content and GEO.
  • 70-89 (Good) — Some issues to fix, but fundamentals are solid.
  • 50-69 (Needs work) — Significant issues affecting rankings. Prioritize fixes.
  • Below 50 (Critical) — Major technical problems. Address immediately.

Tips:

  • Focus on high-impact issues first (we sort them by priority)
  • Re-crawl after making fixes to see your score improve
  • Compare scores over time to track your SEO trajectory
