Understanding your SEO score
How the SEO health score is calculated and what each range means.
Your SEO score is a 0-100 rating of your website's technical SEO health.
How it's calculated:
The score is a weighted average of multiple factors:
- Technical health (40%) — Server errors, broken links, redirect issues, SSL, sitemap
- On-page optimization (30%) — Title tags, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text
- Content quality (20%) — Content depth, readability, keyword relevance
- Performance (10%) — Page load speed, Core Web Vitals
Score ranges:
- 90-100 (Excellent) — Your site is well-optimized. Focus on content and GEO.
- 70-89 (Good) — Some issues to fix, but fundamentals are solid.
- 50-69 (Needs work) — Significant issues affecting rankings. Prioritize fixes.
- Below 50 (Critical) — Major technical problems. Address immediately.
Tips:
- Focus on high-impact issues first (we sort them by priority)
- Re-crawl after making fixes to see your score improve
- Compare scores over time to track your SEO trajectory
