Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What counts as a 'page per crawl'?
Each unique URL that our crawler visits during a site audit counts as one page. Pages are counted per crawl run, not cumulatively. You can run as many crawls as your plan allows.
What features require Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)?
AI citation tracking and backlink analysis use DataForSEO APIs that require your own credentials. These features are marked with an asterisk (*) in the plan features. DataForSEO uses pay-as-you-go pricing: Backlinks API has a $100/mo minimum commitment, while LLM Mentions API has no minimum. You can add your credentials in Settings → Service Keys.

SEO monitoring tracks your rankings on traditional search engines like Google and Bing. AI citation tracking monitors when and how AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini reference your content in their answers.

What does the annual discount cover?
Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing. You pay for 10 months upfront and get 12 months of access. The discount applies to all plans except Enterprise, which is custom-priced.
Can I add more team members?
Professional plans include 3 seats, Agency plans include 10 seats, and Enterprise plans include unlimited seats. Additional seats are available on Professional ($15/seat/mo) and Agency ($10/seat/mo) plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge any cancellation fees.
